July 30th, 2013 - Morgan Battles the Handle at Fairbury; Competes at Shawano
1Morgan Bagley followed the World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late Models to Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) over the weekend as he entered his first-ever event at the legendary, 1/4 mile oval.

Fifty-two entries entered the program on Friday night, and Bagley would struggle to find the handle on his Team 14 entry, which left him not only starting deep in the grid in his heat race but also in his b-main as he failed to advance to a transfer spot to the 100 lap, $20,000-to-win finale. As a result he missed the feature, and hoped for better luck on Tuesday when the team traveled to Wisconsin.

Tuesday evening found Bagley pitted at Shawano Speedway (Shawano, Wisconsin) as a $10,000-to-win event was held at the 1/2 mile oval. With 33 entries in the pits Morgan qualified 13th fastest in the field before racing to a 4th place finish in his heat race, which positioned him starting 10th on the grid for the feature. He raced around mid-pack throughout the feature before crossing the finish line in the 12th position.

Morgan is currently ninth in the latest WoO standings. Full results from the events and the latest series' standings are available at www.WoOLMS.com.

July 12th, 2013 - Morgan Bagley Takes Part in Wild West Tour with WoO
1Morgan Bagley resumed the 2013 WoO campaign on Friday evening with the opening round of the Wild West Tour, which took him to Amsoil Speedway (Superior, Wisconsin).

Twenty-seven entries took to the clay oval, and a fifth place finish in his heat race locked Bagley into the 14th starting spot for the 50 lap, $10,000-to-win finale. In the feature track conditions would make passing difficult, but Bagley would still manage to advance to an 11th place finish.

Saturday night took the team to Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minnesota) for the first time ever as they entered the annual Gopher 50 at the 3/8 mile oval. Thirty-three entries were on hand for the $10,000-to-win, WoO sanctioned event, and after qualifying 4th fastest in his group he charged to the win in the fourth heat race, which marked his first-career, WoO heat race win, and sent him to the redraw for the 50 lap feature. In the redraw he received the 3rd starting spot for the finale, and would go on to battle the handle on his race car as he slipped to a 9th place finish.

A long and wet night resulted in a rain out on Monday evening at Black Hill Speedway (Rapid City, South Dakota), so the team next returned to action on Tuesday evening at Gillette Thunder Speedway (Gillette, Wyoming) in a $10,000-to-win race. After qualifying second fastest in his group Bagley screamed to the heat race win for the second straight night to earn a spot in the redraw for the feature, where he was the recipient of the 8th starting spot. Bagley raced in the top ten throughout the feature on his way to an 8th place finish.

Thursday night found the team at Red River Co-op Speedway (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) for the first time ever in a $10,000-to-win, Wild West Tour event. With twenty-six entries in the pit area Morgan finished 4th in his heat race to lock into the 10th starting spot for the feature. In the main event he raced around mid-pack for much of the event before crossing the finish line in the 13th position.

Friday night's finale for the Wild West Tour was nixed by rain at River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, North Dakota).

Morgan is eighth in the latest series standings. Full results from the events and the latest series' standings are available at www.WoOLMS.com.
