Pair of Top-10 Finishes in Comp Cams Opener at Boothill

On Friday evening Morgan Bagley kicked off the 2020 season at Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana) with the two-day Ronny Adams Memorial. Drawing 39 Comp Cams Super Dirt Series entries, Bagley followed up the eighth fastest lap in his time trial group with a second-place finish in his heat behind Tyler Erb. Dropping two spots in the 30-lap feature, Morgan recorded an ninth-place outing.

The following night for the $7,000-to-win finale, Bagley recorded a third-place finish in his heat race, which positioned him 11th on the starting grid for main event. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish, Morgan gained five spots in the 50-lapper to place sixth. (Scott Burson photo)
