Bagley shows speed in Peach State Classic at Senoia Raceway

Friday night found Morgan Bagley in action at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) competing with the Castrol FloRacing Night in America miniseries for the two-day Peach State Classic.

Drawing 52 Late Models, Bagley pulled off on the eighth circuit of his heat race, relegating him into one of three consolation races for another shot at Friday’s $20,000-to-win prelim. Needing to place second or better, Morgan fell short with a fifth-place outing.

Rebounding with a hot start on Saturday, Morgan topped his 24-car group in time trials before capturing a 10-lap heat victory. Earning the second-starting position for the $53,053-to-win Peach State Classic, Bagley battled an ill-handling car to a 14th-place finish in the 75-lap affair.
